Operating Procedure

1. Material Preparation
   Clean the pipe and fitting surfaces thoroughly to remove oil, dust, and oxidation.

2. Parameter Setting
   Set the welding voltage, current, and fusion time according to the fitting barcode or manufacturer’s data.

3. Preheating
   Ensure the welding terminals and connectors are properly prepared before starting the fusion cycle.

4. Fusion Welding
   Connect terminals, start the welding cycle, and allow the machine to complete fusion automatically.

5. Cooling
   After fusion is completed, disconnect power and allow the joint to cool naturally before handling.
